Integrations · Built in, not bolted on

Aimee connects to the tools you already use. Not the other way around.

No Zapier subscription. No middleware vendor in the middle of your stack. No "we recommend a system integrator." Every connection below is built into the product and supported by us.

The principle

Aimee doesn't try to replace your accountant's software. She works with it.

Some CRMs try to be the everything-platform — their own accounting module, their own payment system, their own mailbox. Then your accountant tells you they only do Xero, and your payment processor is locked in with Authorize.net, and your team has used Outlook for a decade. The everything-platform suddenly looks a lot less appealing.

aimee.crm takes the opposite approach. Aimee is the brain. The tools you already use are the limbs. She connects to your accounting system, your payment processor, your email, your calendar, your shipping provider, your messaging channels — natively, with proper webhooks, with two-way sync. We do the integration work; you keep using what your team is already trained on.

01 — Email & Calendar

Gmail. Outlook. Either, both, your team's choice.

Two places this matters: Aimee's own tenant mailbox, and each user's personal mailbox for sending client-facing email.

Aimee's Tenant Mailbox

One inbox per company. Email it from any team member to give Aimee a job, ask for a report, forward a receipt, or CC her on a customer thread.

  • Google Workspace (Gmail) — Gmail Pub/Sub push notifications, gmail.send + gmail.modify scopes
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook) — Microsoft Graph subscriptions, Mail.Send + Mail.ReadWrite scopes
  • Tenant admin picks one during onboarding, can switch later

Per-User Mailbox (Send from Your Address)

Each team member connects their own Gmail or Outlook. When Aimee sends an email to a customer on your behalf — a quote, a follow-up, a reply — it goes out from your address with your signature, and replies land in your inbox.

  • Per-user OAuth — your team member, your token, your mailbox
  • Genuine "From: you" — appears in your Sent folder, replies thread normally
  • Internal emails (to teammates) come from Aimee's address; external (to customers) come from yours — Aimee picks automatically

Calendar — Google & Microsoft

Per-user OAuth connection. Aimee proposes meetings, schedules them on real calendars, watches your availability when she's on a customer phone call, and respects your busy hours. ICS fallback for the offline cases.

02 — Accounting

Seven providers. The one your accountant uses is on the list.

Aimee pushes tax-compliant invoices on quote completion, listens for paid-status webhooks, and back-fills your CRM when money lands.

Xero

Most-used in Australia and New Zealand. Two-way sync: Aimee pushes invoices, Xero webhooks fire on paid status, Aimee marks the CRM order Paid. Tax codes preserved end-to-end.

QuickBooks Online

The US small-business default. Full OAuth, full webhook reconciliation, multi-currency aware. Aimee respects your QuickBooks tax delegation settings — she doesn't try to compute tax separately and mismatch your books.

FreshBooks

Popular with services businesses. OAuth-based, invoice push on order confirmation, paid-status sync.

Wave

The free accounting choice for solo operators and very small teams. GraphQL-based integration. Same invoice-push and paid-sync pattern.

Sage Business Cloud Accounting

For UK and broader European tenants. OAuth, invoice push, paid sync.

Zoho Books

For tenants already inside the Zoho ecosystem. Multiple data-centre support (US/EU/AU/IN/CN). OAuth, full sync.

MYOB

The Australian SMB stalwart. OAuth-based. Invoice push, paid-status sync, tax codes preserved.

03 — Payments

Nine gateways. One interface.

All nine sit behind a single PaymentAdapter — Aimee charges, refunds, generates hosted links, and reconciles webhooks the same way regardless of which one you pick.

Stripe · Authorize.net · PayPal · Braintree · Airwallex · Checkout.com · Adyen · Worldpay · Shopify Payments

Three modes available where the provider supports them: direct charge (card on file or client-side tokenised), redirect checkout (customer authenticates at the provider), or hosted payment link (customer pays at the provider's hosted page, no PCI scope on you). Pick the mode per tenant; pick a different mode per transaction if you want.

04 — Shipping

EasyPost — one carrier API for all of them.

EasyPost

One integration that fronts UPS, FedEx, USPS, Australia Post, DHL, Canada Post, and 90+ other carriers. Aimee picks the best rate, generates the label, attaches it to the order, and emails the tracking number to the customer when the order ships. Real-time tracking syncs back to the customer record so Aimee can answer "where's my order?" calls without anyone in your office picking up the phone.

05 — Customer messaging channels

Wherever your customers DM you, Aimee is there.

Unified Agent Triage queue. Aimee uses your Vault to answer product questions, drafts replies in your voice, and books meetings from inside the conversation.

Facebook Messenger

Connect your Facebook Page. Aimee picks up incoming messages, creates CRM records for new senders, and handles routine questions on her own. Hands off to a human the moment things get complex.

Instagram DMs

For businesses where Instagram is the primary inbound channel. Same triage, same auto-CRM-creation, same Aimee-in-your-voice drafting.

WhatsApp Business

Direct integration with the WhatsApp Business API. Aimee answers product questions, sends payment links, books meetings, and logs the conversation against the customer record. Critical for tenants operating in markets where WhatsApp is the default messaging channel.

Website Contact Forms

Drop a snippet on your site. Form submissions land in the same Agent Triage queue — same Aimee, same auto-CRM-creation, same triage workflow.

06 — Voice

The phone number you already have. The website you already run.

Inbound Phone (Virtual Employee)

Point your business phone number at Aimee. She answers, knows your products, books meetings on real calendars, charges cards on the call, and resolves problems before the customer hangs up. Twilio-backed PSTN connectivity with global number coverage.

Website Voice Chat Widget

"Talk to Aimee" button on your site. Browser-based voice. No phone number needed for the customer. Same Aimee, same calendar access, same charge-on-the-call capability.

07 — Migration & export

Your data, in and out, both ways.

CSV Bulk Import

Export your contacts, accounts, opportunities, or products from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho — or a spreadsheet. Drop the CSV into Aimee. She maps the columns, deduplicates against existing records, and tells you exactly what landed and what needs your review. No third-party migration consultant required.

One-Click Export

Every entity is exportable to standard CSV any time, no charge. If you ever decide to leave us, you walk out with everything — contacts, conversations, attachments, the lot. We don't believe in lock-in.

08 — For developers (coming)

Webhook subscriptions and a public REST API.

For tenants who want to extend Aimee with their own integrations — feed her custom data, push her output into bespoke downstream systems, build internal tools on top — we're shipping a public REST API and webhook subscription layer. Public beta scheduled.
